How do I return my order?
For any reason you may return your order within 30 days of the purchase date, depending on the reason for the return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at: email@example.com quoting your order number
How do I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods within 30 days of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.
How do I cancel or change my order?

I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.

How do I return defective goods?
You may return your order to us within 72 hours of receiving the order if for any reason it is defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Please report claims at; firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided with tracking information.

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal
Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
We currently only offer UK & EU shipping and can’t accept credit cards from outside of North America or Europe.
Do you accept back orders?
We do not accept orders for inventory we do not have, so we do not accept back orders.
What if I order something and it is out of stock?
We will remove the out of stock items from your order and ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Is there a minimum order size?
We do not have a minimum order size.
